MIKE DAYTON is the president and founder of HyNote Enterprise Solutions, where he directs company strategy and approach for helping enterprise and emerging clients realize their vision for effective Enterprise Performance Management. Prior to founding HyNote, Dayton served as a Senior Director at Hyperion Solutions, responsible for the company's global solution delivery strategy and execution through systems integrators. Before that, he served in various sales, channels and marketing management positions for large technology vendors.

TOMMY JAMES is a Managing Director at HyNote Enterprise Solutions, where he directs client delivery and quality assurance. Prior to joining HyNote, James worked for Hyperion Solutions where he was responsible for directing technical resources within major banking and financial services clients. Before Hyperion, Tommy served in systems and project management for financial systems at both Bank of America and Belk Stores. James is a CPA and served as an auditor of savings and thrift institutions for KPMG early in his career.

CYNTHIA HODGKINS is the Practice Orchestrator of HyNote's Conductor Project Management Practice. Ms. Hodgkins has 20 years of project management and business process experience. Her primary focus has been on leading project teams, developing project management best practices, business process re-engineering and training. She has managed and delivered various retail, financial services supply chain, IT and business projects. Cynthia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through Project Management Institute.

GREG MANCUSO is the Practice Orchestrator of HyNote's Master Data Management practice. Greg has over 18 years experience as a technology consultant providing design, development, and management services in a variety of industries. For the last 14 years he has been specializing in the architectural design and project management of data warehousing, Master Data Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, with implementations in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He was most recently employed at a major Business Performance/Business Intelligence provider as a Principal in the Data Warehouse and Integration Services Practice responsible for co-building the Data Warehousing practice within the Services division of the company. Before that, he worked for a leading consulting firm where he managed a data warehousing consulting practice and served as hands-on Project Manager for major CRM and Data Warehouse engagements.
